My heart’s always been split between two worlds: the world of my day job as an environmental engineer managing wastewater projects and flood defenses to protect important water resources, and the wild, wonderful chaos of travel. But if we’re being real? Trains? Dude. Trains are my obsession.

I’ve crisscrossed 50+ countries, but nothing gets my adrenaline pumping like a good rail route. I’ve chased trains across continents, the Trans-Siberian snaking through endless snowfields. The Rocky Mountaineer, weaving past glaciers, or India’s vibrant, chaotic railways. Sometimes, I’ve even gone out of my way just to catch a glimpse of a favorite locomotive. I love snapping beautiful views through my lens—locking in legendary rail vistas, untold tales, and adrenaline-fueled twilight tracks. This website is my adventure scrapbook: saving wild train tales, happy memories, and surprise finds from dozens of countries so you can experience the thrill too.  Let’s call it “prioritized” planning.
